Smurfit Kappa Machine Systems provides a comprehensive range of case closers and case sealers. Our machines are available for speeds from three cases per minute upwards; they're designed to manage varied case sizes depending on specific requirements. And, like all our packaging machinery, they can be integrated into new or existing packing lines.
Automatic sealers
Automatic case sealers are available for fixed or random sized cases. All have easy adjustments for quick size changes (again without tools), operator friendly controls and ergonomic loading of tape. Most platforms are available in polished stainless steel or powder coated painted finish. Sealing is either with tape or hot melt adhesive. There are numerous options available, including in-feed and discharge conveyors, and all case closers and sealers can be integrated into new or existing lines and can be used as part of a modular system.
Semi automatic sealers
Our semi automatic case sealers deliver quick, efficient case packing and sealing, and are available for fixed or random sized boxes. The machines have easy adjustments for quick size changes (without tools), and can be custom fitted with a variety options, including custom in-feed and discharge conveyors as well as case packing stations and options. Sealing is with 50mm or 75mm tape.
