This is a single level indexing machine suitable for side load case/box packing or wraparound. It is available in stainless steel and a wide variety of footprints to suit factory layout.

Top loader modular systems

 If you need top load tray packing, we have the system for you. The full range of products can be loaded into trays or standard cases with top loading pick and place or robotics. The systems are complete with bespoke designed gripper heads to meet the exact requirements of your product and packaging formats.

Side loader

 We offer side load case packing solutions with System 2200 machines or modular system integration with separate case erector, loader and sealer.

Bottom loader

These are suitable for products which cannot be picked up from the top, for example flasks, heavy bottles and cylindrical products in general.

Whichever systems you choose, all Smurfit Kappa case packers can be integrated into new or existing lines.
